We start our dinner with a rich aperitif, followed by a cold or warm antipasto and then the main course and dessert.
We serve regional wines such as Barbera, Dolcetto, Grignolino, Nebbiolo and Barolo. All our wines are from trusted small local producers where we can organise tours and wine tastings.
Our home-grown organic vegetables are central to our cuisine. An important role in Piedmontese cuisine is played by the many handmade pasta variations such as pappardelle con salsiccia e ricotta, tagliatelle alle zucchine e sapori dell’orto, gnocchi al castelmagno
Vegetable dishes such as flan di zucca, peperoni con bagna cauda, risotto alla crema di zucchine, polenta con verdure e cipolle caramellate, pomodori cuore di bue e mozarella, tomino in giardino are mainly made with our own vegetables and local produce.
We also focus on regional products for dessert: semifreddo alle fragole, pere al vino, torta di nocciole, bonet astigiano and pannacotta ai fichi.
Moscato d’Asti, the sweet classic dessert sparkling wine, is an excellent accompaniment.
